I combine over 30 years of IT experience with a passion for recruitment. I personally design and refine our recruitment systems and AI solutions. This allows Hirvu to set new standards as the most innovative recruitment company in Europe.
Every day I monitor the quality of relationships with employers and the effectiveness of recruitment processes. I analyze each recruitment process in detail and check what can be improved.

I am the personal assistant to the CEO of Hirvu and I conduct every conversation under his direct real-time supervision. This allows me to make immediate decisions, prepare a personalized offer, and establish cooperation terms without waiting for approval from superiors.
