These materials are essential because workers want to know under what conditions and terms they will work in your company. After receiving these materials, we will send you a cooperation agreement with our company. Sign it and send it back to us by email.
We prepare the job offer and publish it in our recruitment channels. We filter our database and send the offer to workers who meet your criteria. At the same time, our recruiters begin actively searching for the ideal candidate.
We conduct detailed recruitment interviews, verifying candidates' qualifications, motivation, and attitude. We apply very strict criteria - if we have the slightest concerns about future cooperation, the candidate is rejected. We look for engaged, determined workers with a positive attitude towards work. Usually this process takes 3 to 14 days, but sometimes for high-class specialists and management staff it may take longer.
We prepare a profile of the selected candidate and present it for approval. If you have additional questions, we will pass them on to the candidate. In case the candidate doesn't meet your expectations, we continue the search.
We choose workers determined to start work as soon as possible. We coordinate the worker's arrival at the workplace - we check tickets and route. On departure day, we keep you updated on whether the worker has departed according to plan and what time they will arrive at the workplace or accommodation. After arrival, show the worker their workplace and sign a contract with them.
On the day the worker arrives, we issue a proforma invoice. You have 14 days to pay it. Don't rush - first make sure the worker fits your team. During the first two weeks, we monitor how the worker is doing and whether they have integrated into the new workplace. Remember you can always count on us - even after the probation period, we stay in touch and monitor cooperation for the following months.
Up to 98% of our workers remain permanently in companies after the probation period. We realise that sometimes even a great candidate may not integrate into a specific workplace. In such a situation, simply don't pay the invoice, terminate the contract with the worker and send them back - we will immediately start searching for the next worker at no additional cost. Pay the invoice only when we find the right worker for you and they pass the 14-day probation period.
